I picked up my supplements, and here’s to hoping that things go well. It seems that my body responded really well with this program with the kinesiology that Dr. Dan did, so I’m looking forward to feeling better really soon. I’m taking an anti-parasitic to kill off whatever is eating my pancreas’ tail, a digestive enzyme to help replace the processes that the parasites have interrupted, and a topical wheat germ oil for the scar.
The cool thing is that with the basic supplements I also received instructions on a detoxifying bath (2 lb of epsom salts, 2 tbsp of ginger powder in water, add to hot bath, sit in it up to your neck for 20 to 30 minutes). I’m SO doing that. Like, tonight.
We’re going to keep a very close eye on the depression. Here’s to hoping that this will get me back on the road to fighting it fairly, but just in case it doesn’t, Dr. Dan has a plan in mind.
Of course, this totally rekindled my desire to get back into naturopathy. I’m looking at a couple of options right now. More on that later.
Oh, I’m doing Script Frenzy. No, you can’t read it. Well… MAYBE you can’t. I don’t know. Depends on how bad it sucks.
